This form is to be completed if you have submitted an enrolment form and would also like to receive recognition for previous study and/or work experience in a related field.

Please note:

  • You must provide documentary evidence to support your application. Validated copies (certified by a JP or other professional ) of previous awards gained, CVs, letters of reference and other evidence can either be scanned and sent as email attachments, or sent by post as hard copies to St Mark's. A fee may be charged
    for Recognition of Prior Learning.
  • A assessment will not take place until awards/supporting documents have been received.
  • The email system rejects email content greater than 10 MB.
